Some Waggy Tail Reports

I recently adopted a dog from the Animal shelter and on the same day had to leave town for family health issues. My newly adopted dog had to stay at the shelter to be neutered so I called Katherine at Waggy Tails Pet Care to pick up my dog from the shelter (after neutering) and bring him to the place of boarding until I got back. I can't express how much I appreciate Katherine and the care she took with our unique situation. After much confusion about timing (I had been told different times--for pick up and delivery from the Animal shelter and the place of boarding). So things got pretty chaotic and I couldn't do anything to help (being out of state). Katherine held it all together and everything worked out positively! Our new family member (doggie) was safely delivered. I plan on using Waggy Tails Pet Care in the future for pet sitting or whatever else I might need related to our dog as I value and trust them (Katherine really came through for us).
